Renner is where real estate fieldwork moves between vetted members.
Requirements
Every member is identity verified and background checked. An account is created, followed by screening. There is no fee for screening or membership. Membership begins once screening clears.
Membership
Members post and complete tasks; message and favorite one another; and follow activity on Renner.
Tasks
Task categories on Renner include Signage, Lockbox, Courier, Visuals, Property access, Property check, Scouting, Host assistance, Rental access, Showing, and Open house.
Licensing
Membership does not require a real estate license. Showing and Open house require a verified license in the task's state. Rental access, Property access, Property check, and Scouting require one where the state regulates them.
Platform
A task is posted, booked, tracked, completed, and paid on Renner. Every task is member to member, posted by one and completed by another. Renner is not a real estate broker. It does not list property, represent buyers or sellers, or take part in a transaction.
Booking
Tasks are posted to the network, privately to selected members or a team, or assigned to a team member. A member who is assigned a task is booked for it. On all other tasks, members apply and the poster books one. A member can also be invited to a task, and accepting the invitation books them.
Pricing
The member posting a task sets the pay. Other members apply at that amount.
Fees
When a member is booked, the task payment and a 10% service fee are charged to the member who posted. There is no fee to complete; the posted pay is received in full.
Payments
Payment is charged at booking and held until the task is complete. Once completion is confirmed, payment is released. A salesperson's payment for a licensed task is released to the responsible broker.
