Payment for licensed tasks

A member with a broker license is paid directly, as with any other task.

A member with a salesperson license is paid through their responsible broker: state license law generally permits a salesperson to accept payment for licensed activity only through the broker they are licensed under. Renner sends the payment to the broker; how it is shared is between the broker and the salesperson.

The broker is added in Settings, under License: their name, license number, and email. Renner confirms the responsible broker against the state's register and invites the broker to set up payouts. Once the broker completes the setup, licensed tasks open.

Tips and added payments on a licensed task follow the same route. Reimbursements are paid to the member directly.

A change of responsible broker closes licensed tasks until the new affiliation is confirmed and set up the same way.
