Working with a brokerage

A license-required task is performed under the member's own real estate license, in the state the task is in. Renner verifies the license and gates the task; it is not a party to any brokerage agreement.

Whether a firm permits its agents to take or post work independently is set by the firm. A member holding a license under a brokerage should confirm its policy before applying to or posting license-required tasks.
