Teams
A team is members invited directly to tasks: people booked often, or people already worked with, once they join. It is built in Settings. Each member added is pending until they accept from their home page. The member who built the team can remove anyone on it, and a member can leave, at any time.
The same field invites anyone not yet on Renner: an email address in place of a name sends an invitation in the inviter's name. Once they join and are admitted they are added to the team, pending their acceptance, and the listed invitation clears itself.
With an accepted team, posting offers a choice of who can book the task: all members, or the team only. A team task is sent as an invitation to the team members chosen at posting, and accepting it books the task. Payment is charged and held at booking and released when the task is complete, as on any task.
Until it is booked, a team task is visible only to its poster and the team. Once booked, it behaves as any booked task does, and a completed team task carries reviews and records the same way.
An unbooked team task can be opened to all members from its Applications page. It is then posted to the network like any open task, and cannot be returned to the team.
A company has a team of its own, held by the business rather than by any one member. Members choose which invitations to accept, apply to any open task, and may be on any number of teams.
