Declined payment method

Settings → Payment method. Stripe shows the decline reason, such as a closed or expired card, insufficient funds, or a fraud-prevention block from the bank.

The card or bank account is updated in Stripe. If the decline happened at booking, the task is still open, and booking again retries with the updated method.

If the same method fails again, the bank can confirm the cause. If the issue isn't with the bank, support is reachable from Settings → Contact us.
