When payment releases

Payment releases when completion is confirmed. If confirmation doesn't come, the payment auto-releases 24 hours after the booked member submits completion.

Once released, the funds move to the booked member's Stripe balance.

If a resolution opens before payment has released, the funds remain held until it closes.
