Failed payout

If the bank returns a payout, Renner pauses payouts and shows a Payout returned notice until a working account is on file. The fix opens from that notice or from Settings → Payout account.

Stripe opens in a new tab and shows why the payout was returned, such as a closed or rejected bank account. The account is updated there, and payouts resume once a working one is saved.

If a payout still fails after the update, support is reachable from Settings → Contact us.
