How reviews work

After a task is completed, both members review each other. A review has two parts: whether the reviewer would work with the other member again, and a public note.

A review remains private until the other member writes theirs; the two are released together. If a member doesn't review within 7 days, the other's review publishes automatically.

Reviews accumulate on the member's profile. The recommendation counts how many members would work with them again, each member counted once by their most recent review.
