Signage, Lockbox, Courier, Visuals, and Host assistance require no license in any state. Property access requires one in New Jersey; Property check in Mississippi; Scouting in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Montana, Alabama, Missouri, and Alaska; Rental access everywhere except Idaho and Vermont. A task that requires a license is flagged.

Pay is a flat task fee; fees tied to a sale, closing, lease, or booking aren't allowed.
