A safety concern about a booked member

If the concern is immediate, the task is opened and cancelled with Safety concern as the reason. The other member is notified the task was cancelled, without the reason.

A report describing what happened can be sent from Settings → Contact us; Renner's trust and safety team follows up and may place the account under review. The report is confidential: if an account is placed under review, the member isn't shown who reported them.

A crime or immediate danger is a matter for 911.
