Why joining requires screening

Every member can post tasks and complete them. Screening is a condition of membership.

Posting a task at a property means confirming you are authorized to grant access to it, and naming how access is given. Renner verifies who is making that confirmation.

Completing a task can mean entering a property or receiving a key for it. Renner screens both members to the same standard.
