Booking a member

On the task, the Applications section lists every member who applied, in the order they applied. Tapping a member opens their full profile.

A member is booked with Book beside their name. The payment is charged and held at booking, and they're notified immediately. The task moves to the Booked tab until the booked member completes it and the other member confirms.
