Cancellations

Either member can cancel a booked task by opening it and tapping Cancel; a reason is required. A posted task with no booked member closes at no cost.

Until the booked member marks that they are on the way, cancelling costs nothing on either side: the payment is refunded in full. From that point the task pay splits evenly: the booked member keeps half and the rest is refunded. The service fee is retained.

A task cancelled before the booked member is on the way can be reopened by the member who posted it.

On a task booking multiple members, a booked member's pre-start cancellation reopens the task to applicants on its own; the other booked members are unchanged.
