When a start time passes

When the scheduled start passes before a task is marked started, the booked member confirms what happened: the task is complete, they're running late, or both members agreed on a new time. A running-late response notifies the other member. Marking the task complete submits it for confirmation and opens the 24-hour payment window.

Only the member who posted a task can reschedule it. Cancelling remains available, and a no-show can be reported, which is recorded. A booking unresolved 24 hours past its scheduled time is flagged for Renner's review; payment moves only on a cancellation, a completion, or that review.

A task started but never marked complete doesn't close automatically. The booked member marks it complete so payment can release. The other member then chooses Confirm completion or Report an issue. Confirming releases the payment; reporting opens a resolution for Renner's review team to decide.
