Applications and bookings

A member applies with an optional note. The application shows their profile, their reviews, their note, and how many tasks they've completed.

The member who posted the task books an applicant. The booked member is notified immediately and the task moves to their Booked tab. The payment is charged and held at booking.

When the work is finished, completion photos are sent and the task is marked complete. Once completion is confirmed, the payment releases to the booked member.
