Applications and bookings

A member applies with an optional message, which opens the task's thread. The application shows their profile, their reviews, that message, and how many tasks they've completed.

The member who posted the task books an applicant. The booked member is notified immediately and the task moves to their Booked tab. The payment is charged and held at booking.

A booked task reports itself as it happens. The booked member marks when they are on the way and when they have arrived, then when they have started, and the posting member sees each step as it lands.

When the work is finished, completion photos are sent and the task is marked complete. At least three photos are required, and they show the work the task describes. Once completion is confirmed, the payment releases to the booked member. If the posting member does not confirm within 24 hours, the payment releases automatically, and their seven days to open a resolution are unaffected.
