Requesting additional payment

For work that grew materially beyond the original scope, an Additional payment request is opened from the completed task within 7 days, naming the amount and describing what happened. The other member has 48 hours to respond.

If the other member agrees, the amount is charged to their payment method and released to the booked member. If they dispute it or don't respond, Renner's review team decides, weighing the original task description, the messages, and photos of the expanded work.
