How Resolution works

Resolution handles anything that needs adjustment after a task: a refund, property damage, a scope change, a reimbursement, or a tip. It's available for 7 days after the task completes.

Either member can open one from the completed task. A resolution can close by mutual agreement without reaching Renner's review team; funds adjust directly between the two members through Stripe.

While a resolution over the payment is open, the funds remain held and release per the outcome.
