How disputed resolutions are decided
When the two members don't reach agreement, Renner's review team reads both sides and decides, weighing the original task description, the messages exchanged on the task, and any photos or documentation either member has provided.
Renner doesn't penalize either member for opening a resolution in good faith, and its review is final. The payment releases or returns per the decision, drawn from the held funds or, for a closed task, from the booked member's Stripe balance.
