Reporting property damage

A property damage claim opens as a resolution within 7 days of the task completing: from the task → Open a Resolution → Property damage, with a description of what was damaged or missing, photos, and any repair or replacement receipts. The other member has 48 hours to respond.

A damage claim isn't capped at the task pay. It settles on its own: the task pay still releases, and any damage owed is a separate payment between the two members.

If the two members don't reach agreement, Renner's review team reads both sides and decides, weighing the task description, the messages, and the photos and receipts either member submitted. Renner's review is final.
