What a resolution can be opened about

After a task is completed, the booked member can open an Additional payment request, for work that grew beyond the original scope, or a Reimbursement request, for an out-of-pocket cost the task required.

The member who posted the task can open Property damage, Refund request, and the one-way Tip and Scope adjustment, which need no response.
