How refunds work

A refund request covers work not done as agreed, or any amount otherwise owed back. It opens as a resolution within 7 days of the task completing: from the task, an amount is named, full or partial, with an explanation. The other member has 48 hours to respond.

If the booked member agrees, in full or in part, the funds return to the original payment method. No Renner review is needed.

If the two members disagree, Renner's review team decides, weighing the original task description, the messages, and any photos either member submitted. An approved refund returns the resolved amount; a denied one closes with no change.
