A tip or a scope adjustment

Both open from the task → Open a Resolution → Tip or Scope adjustment, available for 7 days after a posted task completes. Both are one-way: the payment method is charged and the booked member receives 100% of the amount, with no service fee on either.

A tip is an amount beyond the task pay. A scope adjustment applies when the actual work was materially larger than what was posted: the property took longer than estimated, or more was asked for on site.

If the booked member believes the work warranted more than was sent, they can open an Additional payment request.
